October 2025 – Sandler Law, P.A. successfully obtained a court order staying litigation in a wrongful termination lawsuit filed in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida in favor of arbitration. The case is styled Angela Lentsch v. Infinity BH LTD et al., Case No. 25-001089-CI-07; a copy of the order is available here: Order Granting Motion to Compel Arbitration.
The plaintiff filed suit against Sandler Law’s client, Infinity BH, a large real estate management firm, alleging wrongful termination and related claims. The Defendants moved to compel arbitration based on a binding arbitration clause contained in the plaintiff’s employment agreement.
Following multiple hearings, the Court agreed with Sandler Law’s position, ruling that the employment agreement was binding, and that all claims must proceed in arbitration. The Court further found that the agreement applied to all defendants, even those that were not formal signatories, because the claims were “intertwined” and based on the same operative facts.
This ruling underscores Sandler Law’s commitment to strategic, well-supported advocacy for employers and businesses in complex litigation and arbitration matters.
