Sandler Law successfully obtained dismissal of a collection lawsuit filed by an accounting firm against its client, Canfield Capital LLC, after persuading the Miami-Dade County Court to enforce the arbitration clause in the parties’ contract. In an order entered on November 7, 2025, Judge Christopher Benjamin agreed that the arbitration provision was mutual and binding, requiring the dispute to be resolved outside of court. The ruling not only compelled arbitration but also dismissed the case in full, marking another decisive result for Sandler Law in defending clients against improvident litigation.
